MANTL

The circulation infrastructure for original art.

MANTL places original work in homes, hotels, restaurants, workplaces, and other shared spaces, and pays artists from the first month their work hangs.

Our mission

Art belongs with everyone.

Art changes the character of a room and the experience of the people within it. The World Health Organization has reviewed evidence from more than 3,000 studies and found that the arts play a meaningful role in health and well-being across a lifetime.

MANTL connects discovery with ownership through curated placement. People live with original work in their homes and encounter it throughout hotels, restaurants, and workplaces. Each placement gives experience time to become conviction, while artists earn from the first month their work hangs.

Our vision

No. 03

We envision a world where original art circulates through everyday life.

Guests gathered in front of original paintings hanging in a shared room at the Quiet Correction I exhibition in Los Angeles.

Placement gives collectors time to develop their taste and build meaningful collections. Managed programs allow hotels and restaurants to express cultural identity through the artists they support. Workplaces become places where people encounter original art through daily experience.

As original work circulates, artists earn income, reach new audiences, and develop relationships around their practice.

Galleries and museums create discovery, scholarship, and cultural context. MANTL extends those encounters into homes and shared spaces.

Our ambition is to expand the art market by building the infrastructure that allows original work to circulate through cities.

We measure our success across the entire system. Artists earn. Collectors build meaningful collections. Enterprises create distinctive spaces. Galleries thrive. Original work reaches more people.

Our story

No. 04
Portrait of the MANTL founder.

The story is personal.

I came to art as a collector. I remember standing before a work I wanted and working through what it meant to make the commitment. At the point of discovery, a collector must process emotion, confidence, and financial responsibility all at once.

Later, while representing and placing work for working artists, I saw the experience from their perspective. Serious work spent long periods in studios while its potential audience remained elsewhere.

I saw a related challenge across hotels, restaurants, workplaces, and other shared spaces. These enterprises wanted culturally meaningful environments. Delivering them required a coordinated system for sourcing, curation, logistics, installation, rotation, and continuity.

By then, I had spent my career building and scaling new business categories at Coca-Cola, Carvana, and DoorDash. That work taught me how to turn complex operations into systems that people can understand, trust, and use repeatedly.

MANTL brings those experiences together. Curation and trust guide the selection of each work. Operational discipline carries it through placement, experience, and the relationships that follow.

We launched in Los Angeles in March 2026 with a founding roster of working artists and our first exhibition, Quiet Correction I. The exhibition brought original work, working artists, and collectors together in the same room. MANTL carries those encounters into the places where people live, work, and gather.

Los Angeles is our starting point. We are building the circulation infrastructure for original art city by city.

Before the collection, there is a connection. MANTL gives that connection somewhere to go.
